Vivian is an ecommerce guru with work experience in Alibaba & Samsung. She is currently a Senior Ecommerce Manager at Eu Yan Sang, a traditional chinese medicine company with more than 140 years of history.

Vivian specializes in web & app dot com online store management, including operations that enhance consumer experience; performance marketing that maximize ROAS. She has hands on launch experience for various omnichannel (O2O/OMO) initiatives, such as “click & collect”, chat commerce, omnichannel CRM and messaging etc..

She was an ecommerce trainer for “Growth Marketer Academy”. She was also invited by HKPC and HKRMA as a panel discussion speaker for “Navigating New Retail through expediting experience” in 2022. In the same year, she also spoke at “Business GOVirtual Tech Conference” on the topic “O+O>2 How to Merge Online and Offline”.
