Thomas has been working in the local online media industry for 10 years. He has assisted well-known brands such as Canon, Nikon, Sony, Olympus, Samsung, Mi, Astalift, LITS, Sheraton Hotel, Kerry Hotel, The Murray HK, Pampers, and Friso Prestige in digital marketing, advertising, and media planning. He has also led digital transformation initiatives for the company and pioneered the first online concept store specifically tailored for female media clients, successfully developing new business models for the organization.

In 2022 Thomas joined Pinkoi, a cross-border e-commerce platform that focuses on original designs. He is dedicated to discovering talented design brands from Hong Kong and Macau and helping them scale and globalize, creating a design ecosystem for designers. Outside of work, Thomas is also a practitioner of Ving Tsun and has been studying the "Ip Ching's (son of Ip Man) lineage of Wing Chun" under the guidance of Master Dennis Lee, the Chairman of the Ving Tsun Athletic Association (VTAA) for nearly 10 years. In 2023, Thomas graduated from the "First Professional Mentor Training Program" organized by VTAA, where he assisted in promoting Chinese traditional cultural heritage to primary and secondary schools.
